and Repair |
The
F.A.C.T. unit ships with a standard 1 Year parts and Labor
Warranty.
Due to the environments the F.A.C.T. systems are often utilized
in, KIS will work with you to solve your problem over the phone,
and if required, cross ship replacement parts to walk you through
the repair quickly.
In the unlikely event the system 'must' be returned to KIS for
service, KIS will issue an RMA #, and track you unit until it
arrives, repair the unit, and re-ship to you within 2 business
days.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to KIS.
KIS pays return shipping on all RMA F.A.C.T. Units.
The product manufacturer must handle all Software problems and
questions.
A complete contact information list ships with all units for
each software vendor.
KIS stocks 99% of all F.A.C.T. components, no waiting for component
manufacturer, KIS handles it all. |

can upgrade your existing F.A.C.T. unit to the latest hardware
at substantial savings over the purchase of a new unit.
Every year KIS will issue upgrade specifications and pricing.
This information will be passed only to existing F.A.C.T. Customers.
The program covers shipping, the upgrade, return shipping, plus
a new warranty. |
